Social Welfare Unit

LT COL JACOB YAW SANDOW - OFFICER IN CHARGE

Caring Beyond Medicine

The Social Welfare Unit of the 37 Military Hospital ensures that no patient is denied care, dignity, or hope because of social or financial hardship. The Unit provides psychosocial support and mobilizes resources to assist vulnerable patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Through partnerships with philanthropists, donors, and institutions, we bridge the gap between medical treatment and the social support patients need for full recovery.

Officer-in-Charge
